Book Launch for Our Tamarama Kitchn

Culinary Workshops

*FULLY BOOKED*

Jo has always loved cooking and entertaining. One of her fondest childhood memories was helping her mother with dinner parties. While her sisters were in the living room watching movies, she was in the kitchen arranging the fine china and plating up the next course.

Not a lot has changed. She still spends most of her time in an apron and gets great joy creating nutritious, tasty food for friends and family. Jo's food philosophy is loosely based upon the Chinese medicine principles of her heritage. Quite simply - eat foods that will nourish the body and put it in the best possible position to fight disease.

A few years ago, she caved into persistent nagging from friends keen to learn how to cook the way she does. What began as a one-off lesson for a group of eight close friends, quickly grew into regular get-togethers and before long, she found herself hosting three cooking classes a week, on a monthly basis.

A couple of years later, she had her third child and the classes had to stop, but of course the love of cooking did not! The apron remained on and she continued to experiment with food. Missing the cooking classes, some of Jo's closest friends urged her to create a book. And, happily, it's here - the result of many hours of laughter, eating and fun around the table.

This book is for anyone who loves the idea of healthy and tasty food made easy. It unlocks the joy that comes from stress-free cooking with natural ingredients.
