Recipes are nutritionally balanced and where possible use organic and free-range ingredients. Nadia Lim (Author) Nadia Lim trained as a dietician and nutritionist at the University of Otago and worked for the Auckland District Health Board, specialising in diabetes management, before winning MasterChef New Zealand in 2011.
