She has published six books, most recently Rowan Bishop with Relish (2013). Rowan travels widely, constantly learning about new flavour/texture possibilities from cuisines around the world. She writes and teaches from her home in Hamilton, New Zealand.
SUE CARRUTHERS has run/owned restaurants in Africa, Australia, the Bahamas and the Cook Islands. She has published two cookbooks, The Tropical Garden Cookbook and South Seas Cuisine, and is a long time Rarotongan restaurateur.
